This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Two Buds, LLC owned by Natalie Fisher-Brown, based in Wichita, Kansas, and the client who marks they have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the above Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Rental Services
Two Buds provides the rental of artificial floral arrangements for weddings and events. The specific items, rental dates, and client information will be confirmed during booking. All rentals include a 3-day rental period. Additional days may be added for $50 per day. Additional days must be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms
All rentals must be paid in full upfront. A refundable safety deposit that is 50% of your arrangement cost, plus any additional fees will be sent in a separate invoice after booking. This invoice is due 7 days before your event date. Prices are as listed on the Two Buds Website. Sales tax will be included at checkout. Card payments only are accepted.

3. Safety Deposit & Damages
The safety deposit will be refunded within 7 days after return of the items, pending inspection. If an item is damaged or missing pieces, the deposit will be retained to cover repairs or replacements. If an item is lost, the Client agrees to a $500 replacement charge, which will be charged to the card on file. Two Buds reserves the right to determine what constitutes damage.

4. Delivery, Pickup, and Installation
Client pickup and drop-off is free of charge. Delivery is available for $2 per mile, with a minimum fee of $15. Delivery is not available for more than 1 hour from Wichita, KS. Return pickup is available for $2 per mile with a $15 minimum. Wedding day installation is available for a $100 flat fee. If the venue is over 30 minutes away, an additional $2 per mile will apply. All logistics (pickup/delivery/installation) must be finalized at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
If the Client cancels 90+ days before the event date, a 50% refund (excluding the deposit) will be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the event date. Once the event has taken place, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to care for all rentals and avoid damage during the rental period. Client agrees to return or make available all items on the agreed-upon date. If rental is returned late, the Client agrees to a $200 late-fee charge per day, which will be charged to the card on file. Communication and confirmation of rental details must occur before the booking is finalized. 

7. Additional Terms
By booking with Two Buds, the Client agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement. Two Buds may use photos of the floral arrangements at the Client's event for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
