What to Expect at Pickup

At your scheduled pickup time, your floral rentals will be prepared and ready for you. Please text 316-765-3354 upon your arrival and we will come out and review your order with you and ensure all items are accounted for before they leave with you.

Please arrive with a vehicle that has enough space to safely transport your floral rentals. Depending on your order, we may recommend bringing someone along to assist with loading and unloading.

Before leaving, please take a moment to inspect your rentals and ask any questions you may have. Once your wedding celebrations are complete, please return all rental items at your scheduled drop-off time in the same condition they were received.

Please ensure all information above is accurate before submitting. If anything changes regarding your pickup or return, please contact Natalie as soon as possible so we can update our schedule accordingly. We can't wait for you to enjoy your florals!
